Caved and weighed myself, and I'm 46.5kg!!

No idea how I've managed that but I'm certainly not complaining.

I've already fucked up today by eating like half a bag of maltesers but I'm just gonna pretend it hasn't happened and keep going.

That weigh in has totally motivated me.
