The title says it all really. I had an accident with some pringles and a parsnip at my friend's nan's last night. I was so confident about it as well. Never be confident about anything.
Decided not to eat today to make up for it. It didn't really even feel like I needed to eat. I'm not really even hungry, just run down, and I have a headache that sort of isn't really a headache but just feels like my brain has shrivelled up. I never really had one though so I don't suppose it matters.
Did have a skinny latte at Costa with the boyf.
That's plenty of calories for one day I'm sure.
I'm so weak. I'm so much better off cooped up in my room here where food can't find me.
As a result of this 2468 has fallen off the planet a bit. Am going to follow this plan up until Christmas:
Monday - 200cals
Tuesday - 300cals
Wednesday - 500cals
Thursday - fast
Friday - 700cals
Saturday - 700cals
Sunday - 400cals
it's adapted to my life a bit better so ought to be doable.
Doable can't really be a word.
Still not weighing myself til Wednesday morning. Mostly because I know if I weighed myself now I'd have gained weight and then I'd burst into tears. Wednesday's seem like a good weigh in day tho. Going to try and just weigh myself on Wednesdays from now on.
Got to lose lose lose because I know I'm going to do terribly as soon as I get home for the holidays. I'm so awful for picking at stuff I can't stand it. I must get better. I must get thinner...
I must go to bed.

stay strong ok? good luck on your version of 2468 I always say it's better to change diets to suite you, or they won't work as well or be as easy. You'll do great and you'll lose by wednesday no doubt :) xx

Oh, it's all so doable.. just look at all the girls in our thinspo pictures- they've done and so can we! good luck with your diet, hope it works for you and don't forget to keep us updated!
