In reality tho, my mad middle of the night work out must have done the trick because I was 45.9kg this morning. Thank fuck. Which means my bmi is 18.4. Shame I'm going to be forced to ruin it all tomorrow, although I have a really dodgy stomach today (probably caused by the fact I didn't ingest anything at all except for alcohol and diet coke yesterday) and if that carries on then I might be able to get away with eating less than I had hoped tomorrow. We'll see.
Today I have eaten 2 rice cakes with low fat philly at 124cals and then I baked a batch of shortbread biscuits for my family and ate two of them, they are from a recipe that has 168cals per biscuit, so my days total is 460cals so far, although I probably won't eat anything else as I'm not feeling great and just do some more mad exercising tonight.
I'm so pleased to finally be below 46.
I do hope I don't gain it all back in the next two days, although my next weigh in is gonna be the morning of the 30th to hopefully give myself some time to repair the damage.
